Born in 1989 as software development company applied to industrial automation, in particular way specialized in realization of professional instruments turned to programmers, evolved during years, always more orienting and deepening  its activity in industrial sector, with particular care to factory problems, developing integrated informatics solutions, strictly connected to production and, above all, characterized to be placed in their natural environment: the Factory.

Today, the M.M.G. is a Software House that  follows the professional model of most quoted American Software Houses, with thousands of installations of its peak products all over the world, with hundreds of integrators that have choose for their daily work the M.M.G instruments. But, above all, many integrators consider M.M.G. a partner that besides providing high technology products, it follows them starting from the Designing phase to the final user's installation procedure and Assistance. 

The M.M.G. in its activity avails itself of own technical staff, highly qualified. The technical support is warranted through direct contact between users and designing group that have realized the specific application. To do that, M.M.G. avails itself of the most modern technologies, that way having the chance to follow clients in real time everywhere they are, through the telephone Hot-Lines, active during all the day, through the Internet site and through teleassistance (if the user is a subscriber to the service).

Through the first two means is warranted an assistance able to cover all 24 hours, each morning the messages that clients leave during the night, are downloaded and analyzed, to warranty an answer within the following 24 hours. Instead through teleassistance the M.M.G. technicians are able to directly intervene with client, managing the probable problem directly from its offices. Besides M.M.G. organizes technical and application updating  courses to transfer part of its Know-How to integrators and users, making the rich store of technological innovation that M.M.G. has achieved and that still try to evolve could be useful, not only to improve the service that M.M.G. provides to its integrators, but that enables these last, when possible, to make available such technologies to final user.
