C-View
is a Pawerful tool that answers to a market need:
cheaper advanced application.
C-View is not only a software but is the union
between software and hardware.In fact at the price
of the only C-View software license,offers a
ChartView CE license and the SuperENGINE embedded
board where the software runs.The installed O.S. on
the C-View is Windows CE 3.0.
The application development is performed through
ChartView Development on a common desktop PC,we
remember that such development system is free of
license,and therefore loaded on the system through a
common CompactFlash.
The SuperENGINE board is endowed several serial
comunication ports and an Ethernet port,in this way
the system is able to connect it with any system
equipped with these kind of interfaces.ChartView CE
makes available the comunication drivers for the
most important devices on the market(PLC. Tietenings
systems, Cells of load, I/O boards, etc.)
Besides C-View is able to sobstitute a PLC on a
small machines,in fact,also through the Ethernet
connection or serial port, it is possible connect
the C-View directly to a system of distributed I/O,
using them for manage the full automation directly
from ChartView CE

The software bundled with the C-View,
includes a ChartView CE Run-Time license.This software is
exactly analogous to the PC version despite obvious
limitation,due to O.S: reduced dimensions.Nevertheless,
with this version it is possible create and manage MMI and
Supervisions of a certain thickness.The software owns a
rich amount of features, between the principal we can
remember graphic Lay-Out capability.PLC and external
Devices direct connection, management of MMI interface,
data collecting features and ADD data base storage, and
above all the features the interpreted language.
With it the software can manage any kind of job you need,
it is possible choose between Java and BASIC like script.
The system configuration is possible using the standard
version ChartView development on a normal desktop PC.
Besides through the connection with an I/O or Analog
system, C-View is able to replace a medium PLC.

The
SuperENGINE embedded board is based on the SuperH3
(7709A) Hitachi microprocessor, a RISC CPU at the top of the offer
in this range of products, and on the Companion Chip HD64461.
The
SuperH3 CPU is characterized for the elevated integration, the high
performances and the lower part consumption of power.
Equipped
with a 16Kb built-in cache memory of and an inside MMU that protects
the O.S. from possible
user application errors, and it supports
the virtual spaces management

ChartView
CE is composed from a standard body that is able to
perform all the common functions to all the programs,
lay-outs,
files writing, MMI graphics, alarms, database, reports
etc., and from
an expansion interface. Through this expansion interface
to the
central program, it is possible connect one or more
expansion
module, called Plug-in, that
could add the necessary
features to perform the job
required from the plan.
In this
way is possible customize the
software like the final customer
needs, personalizing not
only the interface but also
the functions that the
system is able to perform.
The plug-ins are
expansion module, that are able to perform each a specific
job,
ChartViewT CE is able to load several plug-ins together
and
do them work in a cooperative way with the inside
functions of
ChartView.
